What is Muncharoo?

Muncharoo is an exciting new way to attract new customers by utilizing the power of group buying and social media. Each day, Muncharoo works as the merchant's marketing agent to promote and sell vouchers offering a substantial discount on the merchant's products or services. The discount is then promoted to our thousands of email subscribers and site visitors.

How much does it cost to be featured on Muncharoo?

There are no up-front costs. We provide the buyers, process the credit card charges and issue the vouchers. After taking a portion of the revenue generated, we cut the merchant a check for the rest.

When will I get my portion of the money?

You will receive a check from us within days of being featured on Muncharoo.

Who is the seller of the voucher?

The merchant, not Muncharoo, is the seller of the voucher and the provider of the goods and services redeemable with a voucher. Muncharoo is acting as the merchant's marketing agent and selling the voucher on behalf of the merchant.

What is your return and cancellation policy?

We have a 60 day return policy for any unused vouchers.

What if a buyer has a question about the voucher he/she purchased?

Any questions that arise usually relate to the products or services of the merchant. So, most questions should be addressed to the merchant. If for any reason a buyer is unable to contact the merchant, we encourage them to let us know at customerservice@Muncharoo.com.

Can a voucher be given as a gift?

Yes.

When can vouchers first be used?

This is up to the merchant and is stated in the details of a particular deal. Typically, vouchers are available to use any time after a deal closes.

When do vouchers expire?

Our vouchers typically have a three month life.

Are vouchers transferable?

Yes.

How do I get my business featured on Muncharoo?

When will my offer be featured on Muncharoo?

After Muncharoo and the merchant determine the deal to be offered, we will work together to determine the earliest and best day to schedule the deal.

What kinds of text, photos and such do I need to provide you?

One of our specialists will work with you to determine what "assets" we'll need to collect.

Can I get a list of customer emails and/or contact information?

Our privacy policy expressly prohibits us from releasing the email, phone number or address information of customers.

Can I put a limit on the number of vouchers I want to sell?

In some cases, we will limit the number of vouchers available to be sold. Please take this up with your sales executive.
