Terms of Sale
June 1, 2010
The seller of the voucher and the provider of the goods and services
being made available to purchasers of vouchers is defined as the
“Merchant”. Muncharoo is acting as the Merchant’s marketing agent and
selling the voucher on behalf of the Merchant.
By placing an order for a voucher from Muncharoo,
you agree to the terms and conditions stated in this Terms of Sale. In
order to purchase a voucher, you are required to create an account with
Muncharoo so we can provide you with access to enable you to print your
vouchers, view your contact information and manage your preferences.

applicable unclaimed property and other laws relating to the redemption
of the vouchers or any portion thereof. Vouchers are redeemable in
their entirety and on a one-time basis only and may not be redeemed on
an incremental basis.
- The expiration date on the voucher dictates the last date that you
can use your voucher at the Merchant for the promotional offer stated

the voucher. Please check laws applicable to your state.
